Studio Policy

Thank you for choosing our studio for your classes and bookings. Please review the following policies before making a reservation:

Payment and Refunds:

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing booking, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged the full booking amount.

Studio Usage Guidelines:

  • The studio must be returned to its original state by the end of your booking time.
  • Only indoor shoes or socks are allowed inside each studio to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Shared Room Arrangements:

Please note that in some cases, the studio space may be shared with other students during your booking. Rest assured, this arrangement is designed to ensure minimal disruption to your class and learning experience. We strive to maintain a conducive environment for all participants.
